There were no high pressure sales tactics upon closing the deal to purchase an extended warranty/protection/maintenance plan. They promised to follow up in a week to see whether I have questions about the car. Every person I dealt with at the dealership was welcoming, polite, considerate, and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience from the first interaction to the last. James Flores, May Flores handled the quoting and negotiation and Jerry Lopata closed the sale. I’ve been a customer of the service department for 5 years. Customer service has been fantastic, which is why we decided to buy our new Outback from them. They were terrific. No pressure, just helpfulness. Christian sold us the car, Peter was our finance guy. Both were so nice, patient and respectful (and personable!). Wouldn’t hesitate to buy our next car there.
