Visited Libertyville Subaru to replace car Blinker...James (Service Department) was very polite and kept me 100% informed throughout the process. Come to find out the Blinker Bulb was loose, the HONEST SUBARU MECHANIC gave me the option to replace OR just tighten the loose bulb !!! My sales consultant Hector was extremely informative and friendly during my purchase of a used 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. Hector worked with me in getting a deal I felt comfortable with and was extremely patient with me. The finance manager was extremely helpful in securing a rate that worked for me. The finance manager did seem impatient and annoyed at some of my questions as this was my first big car purchase by myself. If it were not for that my review would be 5 stars. Overall would recommend working with Hector in any future car purchase!

Liberty Subaru has been my favorite car dealership for the last 15 years or so for a couple different reasons. number 1, I know I am buying a great and SAFE car every time I purchase a car there. Also the staff there is by far the best staff then any other dealership. And I'm talking from Charles and the rest of the sales staff, Peter in Finance and ALL the guys and gals in service are kind, helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Purchasing a brand new vehicle in a very long time was quite the experience. Lots of bells and whistle. Probably some I won't even use, and probably still some I wish it had. Honestly, kind of unbelievable to me that you have to purchase an extra package to remote start the car. That was disappointing. The staff was all super friendly.
