Hector , the salesperson was very helpful and explained patiently to me the differences between the models I looked at. Mike explained thoroughly the features of my new car and he made me like my car more. Peter, the financial officer helped me understand how beneficial the lease contract is to my situation. I’ve been a customer of the service department for 5 years. Customer service has been fantastic, which is why we decided to buy our new Outback from them. They were terrific. No pressure, just helpfulness. Christian sold us the car, Peter was our finance guy. Both were so nice, patient and respectful (and personable!). Wouldn’t hesitate to buy our next car there. We took advantage of a great rate and a mfg coupon for a good, fair price.

Liberty Subaru delivers the best car buying experience anyone can ask for. Charles Perchak is my primary contact / sales person; he is knowelegeable, patient, accommodating... all that you would like your vehicle representative to be. At the risk of sounding cliche; at Liberty you get more than a sales rep you get a team or family. I have the annoying habit of just stopping in and if Charles is busy someone is willing to help without making me feel as though I'm putting them out. They work hard to find what you want and make sure it's a good fit. Even after the deal is done they continue work on your behalf. Also, the service department is wonderful! I know this because I just traded in my 10 year old; 195,000 mile Subaru that I purchased here new 10 years ago. Can't recommend them enough.

I purchased my 2026 Subaru Outback Limited XT here because they offered the best overall package. They worked hard to win the sale, and all the staff involved were highly professional and unphased by the long negotiation I subjected them to! There were no high pressure sales tactics upon closing the deal to purchase an extended warranty/protection/maintenance plan. They promised to follow up in a week to see whether I have questions about the car. Every person I dealt with at the dealership was welcoming, polite, considerate, and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience from the first interaction to the last. James Flores, May Flores handled the quoting and negotiation and Jerry Lopata closed the sale. Post-sale, Mike Goch gave a detailed personal tour of the features and how to set them up. The level of service from all was superb. I would buy again from this dealership and highly recommend it.

We just purchased a new 2026 Forester Premium Hybrid. What a fantastic car. Liberty Subaru made the whole process quick and painless. We now own 3 Subarus and have traded in our 2016 Forester, getting a really impressive trade-in value. This is the second time I have had Hector Torres as our Sales Associate, and again, it was a wonderful experience. They have a great service department as well, and I know whereof I speak, having had my vehicles serviced there for over 10 years. In about 1 1/2 years, I will call Hector to upgrade my current ride, knowing I will get the best deal. There is no xxxxxx business at Liberty Subaru.
