Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how the team listened to my needs and helped me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Liberty Subaru delivers the best car buying experience anyone can ask for. Charles Perchak is my primary contact / sales person; he is knowelegeable, patient, accommodating... all that you would like your vehicle representative to be. At the risk of sounding cliche; at Liberty you get more than a sales rep you get a team or family. I have the annoying habit of just stopping in and if Charles is busy someone is willing to help without making me feel as though I'm putting them out. They work hard to find what you want and make sure it's a good fit. Even after the deal is done they continue work on your behalf. Also, the service department is wonderful! I know this because I just traded in my 10 year old; 195,000 mile Subaru that I purchased here new 10 years ago. Can't recommend them enough.

We just purchased a new 2026 Forester Premium Hybrid. What a fantastic car. Liberty Subaru made the whole process quick and painless. We now own 3 Subarus and have traded in our 2016 Forester, getting a really impressive trade-in value. This is the second time I have had Hector Torres as our Sales Associate, and again, it was a wonderful experience. They have a great service department as well, and I know whereof I speak, having had my vehicles serviced there for over 10 years. In about 1 1/2 years, I will call Hector to upgrade my current ride, knowing I will get the best deal. There is no xxxxxx business at Liberty Subaru.

Liberty Subaru has been my favorite car dealership for the last 15 years or so for a couple different reasons. number 1, I know I am buying a great and SAFE car every time I purchase a car there. Also the staff there is by far the best staff then any other dealership. And I'm talking from Charles and the rest of the sales staff, Peter in Finance and ALL the guys and gals in service are kind, helpful and go out of their way to help you.

Thorough and honest. A very pleasant experience all around. They didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way.
